Stage 2
Play around early Sivir and Malphite. Ideally, you get a early scaling HP Malphite Power Up. Prioritize Malphite items early.
Stage 3
Use your free rolls and excess gold above 50g to look for Sivir 3 / Malphite 3. Finish 3 items on Malphite.
Stage 4
Look for Shen and Ziggs 3. Power Up Priority: TF 2 > Ziggs 3 > Sivir 3. Add more Strategists or 5 costs to cap your board.
